Prequalification (PQC) System and the Building Industry
The PQC System serves three main groups:
- Building Industry Consultants seeking to undertake commissions relating to Queensland Government building projects
- Building Industry Contractors wishing to work on Queensland Government building projects
- Officers of Government Departments, particularly Project Managers, needing to use the PQC System to source eligible building industry consultants and contractors for commissions and contracts associated with government building projects.
Current and future government building projects can be found through the Online Project Search facility or in the Industry Guide published following the announcement of the annual State budget each year.
Government policy affecting the building industry and information relating to the preparation of select tender lists can be found in this section.
