Consultants - PQC Applications
To apply for PQC registration, consultants are required to carefully read, complete and submit the following documents to the PQC Registrar.

All consultants are encouraged to use the Consultant PQC: Application Guide to assist when completing the application forms.
The application forms can be downloaded and/or saved onto your PC. All completed and signed applications should be:
mailed;
scanned and emailed; or
faxed
