The Works Division provides integrated capital works, building asset management planning, maintenance and operational services, built asset policy development and research, and accommodation and related services to the Government and client agencies.
The division includes Accommodation Office, Strategic Projects, Building Policy Unit and Technical Services, as well as the commercialised business units, Project Services and QBuild.
The Department of Public Works leads the Queensland Government’s capital works building program: we design, construct and maintain government-owned facilities.
