Marshall Morison
Director - Policy & Strategy
This group provides accommodation policy and strategies.
Terry Flynn
Director - Portfolio
This team owns the Government office and employee portfolio and is responsible for portfolio planning, procurement and disposals.
Stuart Grierson
Director - Property Performance & Management
This group is responsible for facilities and property management, non-office properties of a sensitive nature, employee housing, performance benchmarking and special projects to ensure continuous improvement of the properties.
Ashley Newcomb
Director - Lease Management Group
This team leases an office portfolio from the private sector on behalf of Government and is responsible for your ongoing lease management.
Kerry Petersen
Director - Planning
This group manages the needs for your office accommodation.
Jim Hall
Manager — Business Strategy & Services
This team supports the executive and co-ordinates the operational functions of Accommodation Office and other work groups.
