About us

Strategic Projects manages the initiation stages of major State projects where a number of Agencies are key stakeholders.  It also oversees significant and individual building and property projects.  Strategic Projects provides an advisory and facilitator role for many individual building and property projects that provide public facilities and infrastructure.
