The Department of Public Works has compiled a 
list of builders, architects and building designers (233Kb) who have recently worked with the department on Smart Housing projects.
The Department of Public Works does not endorse, recommend or guarantee the work of any of the professionals listed. Neither is it intended as a comprehensive list. The list is provided for those who may wish to enquire further about incorporating Smart Housing elements into a house construction or renovation project. Other industry professionals may be equally able to work with the elements of Smart Housing.
The Housing Industry Association's GreenSmart project focusses on building homes that are energy efficient. While energy efficiency is only one element of Smart Housing, a GreenSmart builder may be able to assist in building a Smart House.
