Capricorn Blue is a privately funded holiday resort development situated on the Capricorn Coast and is the first complex of apartments in the State to be designed and built according to the Smart Housing design objectives. Construction of the 18 high quality residential apartments catering to the boutique holiday market is scheduled to take place from March/April 2006.
