The owners of The Green are replacing onsite caravans with ‘smart’ kit homes that look good, are environmentally friendly, cost less to run, and are comfortable and flexible to meet the residents’ changing needs.

At The Green, the entire development – not just the houses – has been created with sustainability in mind.
